Side panels causing frost in freezer.

Purchased Cafe refrigerator. Needed white panels. Had them installed unit began to show frost inside freezer. Replaced panels, still the same issue with frost on right side. Had ge install new freezer door gasket, no good.
Had panels replaced and installed by dealer. No change. Had ge tech over 2x he has no clue why frost develops.
Ge tech sent emails and picture to ge engineers for comment. Now waiting..let's see how fast they respond. Think this is a design flaw. Why can't ge just make units all white??

I have several Cafà matte white appliances. I have been very happy with them and thought I should buy the right and left side Panel accessory to get rid of the black side panels they left. After installing, which was not an easy task, and using the provided 3M hanging strips, I could not get the panel to adhere correctly or evenly to the side of the refrigerator. After just 3 days the borders are coming loose and only the middle of the panel is holding up. Now I cannot remove since 3M product is so strong there and will ruin my refrigerator. So now I am stuck with very low quality side panels which look terrible from certain angles since you can see the gaps and lack of adherence to the unit. I remind you, do not buy this accessory. It is not working as it should. I ask CafÃ... why not add it while you manufacture and do a full matte white on both left and right side. Very disappointed with this purchase. Now it looks like I cannot get them off, it looks terrible and my once awesome Matte White Refrigerator is now looking terrible. Cafà should provide installation services for this. This is not fair to leave the consumer to do this type of work. Finally, I consider myself very handy, have done many home renovations and also remodels. Very frustrating cannot get this thing to work properly.

I was very disappointed after waiting almost a year for the white matte finish side panel to arrive, to find out it came in shinny and NOT matte to match the front of the refrigerator.

How surprised we were to discover that when ordering a white refrigerator, that the sides and top are black! What a disappointment. And to have to spend additional monies for white side panels is even more disturbing. I would have looked at another refrig that comes fully white for the price we paid.
