Bought this to replace the 30+ year old one that went out. It's an older home and was limited on size options. This one was the largest that I could get to fit in the space. It can be loud in a quiet home, sometimes I get up to see if there's water running only to pass the refrigerator and realize that it's making the noise. The Normal setting isn't quite cold enough, the next setting up is better and I may try the next coldest setting. Still trying to get used to not having actual handles.

I prefer the metal shelves, which is one of the reasons I picked this one. My previous fridge had glass shelves and one of the frames around it had cracked. I'm sure the glass would have been next. Installed on Monday, the fridge worked for 24 hrs then started sweating. By the time I was able to reach a human at Lowe's the 48-hr return window had passed. Now I'm left with dealing with the manufacturer--got an appointment in a week. I expect I'll lose everything again as I had restocked the new freezer. Very disappointed with Lowe's. This is on them, as I tried and tried to get through. Couldn't even sign in online because they had issues.

This refrigerator was installed by Lowe's 11-6-21 and I have been very pleased with the performance; however, today it has an extremely loud sound which is not normal. I do hope it is not the compressor as I have only had this refrigerator since 11-6-21. So far, my food in the freezer is still frozen. But must call Lowe's for service as the loud sound is very annoying!
