Oven stops heating

Purchased in 2022, but hardly used the oven. All of a sudden, the oven Bake, Convection Bake, PIzza setting all stop heating. Broil still works. Tried talking to Customer Service about the issue, but they would not provide any explanation that many have already posted about as an issue. They just claimed there is no recall... They did not provide any help as to what the problem was for all the customers that posted this same issue. Later they passed me to parts which was just as useless in providing any information on the issue.
Also, one annoying function is setting the time. You have to cycle the power breaker to update the time. On many occasions, the touch screen failed to recognize my finger press and the clock sets as is. It gets pretty annoying running back and forth to the breaker...
I got a whole set of Bosch appliances, but not sure I would do so again.

After waiting for two months for this stove, when it was delivered, it was dented on left side. I still waiting for compensation from Builders Source in Albuqueruque. The oven turns off randomly. Authordized repair individual was here two weeks ago, and still waiting for a replacement part. I was told not to use the oven while using the burners. I hope all will be resolved.

I cannot tell you how dissatisfied and frustrated I am with this purchase
I sownt the extra money because I thought I was getting a great quality oven
I have had problems with this since the day I bought it
At first the clock wasn't working
Added 3 minutes a day
After 3 service calls and 3 different parts
They said they would replace the oven
They did
Then a few months later
My BAKE feature doesn't work
I have to use the multi rack feature
Which does t bake the same
I've had your suggested repair man here
He said he would order the part
That took 6 months
Finally came and replaced it
Still does t work
Said I needed another part
Seems that has been on back order over 3 months
My oven hasnt worked right in over a year
I'm at my wits end
Does not make sense
What is going on with this product?
I will never buy another Bosch product again

Based on my satisfaction with Bosch dishwashers, I was hopeful about my Bosch dual-fuel range. However, one burner- the high output front left burner, sometimes goes out after being lit briefly. Bigger issues with my even temperature control. Two years in, the oven stopped working, and needed a replacement of the oven control unit. Since that time, if I try to use Convection Mode, the control panel goes out, and I have to reset the range by turning the breaker off for 30 seconds.
And now, in order to achieve a desired baking temperature, I have to set the temp. control about 50° above what I want, and watch an internal thermometer to check on its progress.
Not happy, and thinking about replacing it rather than sinking more money into it.

We bought this oven/stove combo 3 years ago and it has since been broken 3 times. We have spent well over 2000 fixing the oven, and this most recent time we have been waiting on a piece for over 3 weeks leaving us without an oven for Thanksgiving week. We are very disappointed.

I bought this oven in 2021. Had to have service on it twice. Now there is grease(?) in the oven. Not sure where it came from but I do not know how to clean this! Not an oven that is easy to clean.

I've only had this unit for a month after my new Bosch induction stove malfunctioned and was replaced. This one is great so far - keeping my fingers crossed that I don't run into the same issues as the last one.

We purchased a 800 series range about 1 yr ago and the oven has no longer works. I contacted the Dealer and they will be out next week to investigate the issue. I have been doing a little research and the oven seems to be the "weak link" with this Range with multiple failures noted. I called Bosch and their Customer Service Department is no help because the unit is out of warranty. If you have recently purchased an 800 Series Range make sure you buy the extended warranty because you will need it! Based on my experience and the multiple reviews I have read the ovens fail often. I can't wait to see how much time and money this is going take to resolve. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the product and after sales support I have received. The bottom line is don't trust the Bosch name. More to follow!

We paid $4,400 for our range thinking we were buying a high-quality appliance that would be reliable and long-lasting. In less than a year we had issues with the display board, thankfully we had it replaced under warranty. Frequently the display would continue not to work, despite it having been replaced, and the oven would often not turn on. Now, after using our oven for just over three years, it's completely died out. The power won't turn on, the display won't show, no lights, no heat, and no warranty. Now we're supposed to pay nearly a quarter of what the whole piece cost to replace three parts – outrageous. We were offered 20% off the parts, but it's still nearly $1,000 in parts plus labor. Clearly this range was defective when it came to us and Bosch should have more pride in their products and help their customers when their products don't match their standards. I guess you should know the expectation is that it will last 2-3 years before pricey repairs. We won't be buying Bosch products again and will not recommend others to, either.

We had this for about a month and very much like it. The main pros are the dual burner which heats large pots very quickly, the small burner this is very handy and the proof setting on the oven. I never realized how useful this feature is until now. Minor con: The temperature probe is nice; however, I would have liked it to give realtime temperature rather than a beep with the temp is reached. Overall, we're happy we made the investment.

This is an update to a review to my first experience with the oven in 11/2022 where the oven was no longer functioning. It was a major pain to get fixed even under warranty, and had to pay additional fees to get the work done (apparently Bosch doesn't pay the local company enough to handle warranties). Bosch customer service was completely unhelpful in this regard despite multiple calls. The local store did get it up and running for 2 years by fixing some electrical issues at the time with parts from Bosch. Now, DEAD AGAIN! Thanks Bosch for the $5000 lemon. Never again!

Love this stove. four great all purpose burners, a small one for simmering at the back and a dual burner that ranges from a very low simmer to insanely hot. Only possible weakness could be a preference to have the 2 simmer burners separated/ not to have the fine simmer next to the insanely hot one. Easy to clean, and the oven rocks! Love the piza and multiple fan-assisted settings

The dual ring burner has to be my favorite part of this appliance. I can boil a pot for noodles in no time flat or keep a carafe of coffee warm without boiling it away. The small burner on the back is great for keeping sauces at a simmer, and the range is wide enough that I really can cook with the more than three pots and pans. Great for searing meat, cooking pasta, making a marinara and steaming vegetables all at once!
The oven is also a delight. It preheats quickly and keeps a steady temperature. The broiler has been great at making batches of toast and the convection settings make the tops of casseroles nice and crispy. When making melting potatoes, the oven holds 500 F with ease, and in fact retains heat so well that there is a huge blast of steam whenever the oven door is opened. The oven also fits really well with our kitchen decor, and the height off the floor not only helps to make it look like a high end appliance, but also makes it easy to clean the floor underneath. Very happy to have purchased this dual fuel range.

Echoing so many of the other reviews here, the faulty switchboard so the oven only works on pizza mode and gains time on the clock daily, the greese in the vent in the back, etc. I loved the look of this stove so much, and the dual fuel feature, went way over my budget to get it, just to have constant problems. STAY AWAY

What an amazing range! Very modern and feels professional. Love the 6 burners and the one that is both small and large, very versitile. Love that they have two larger burners lined up in the middle, great for a griddle. Easy to use and light. Oven is a great size and has a built in temp probe.
