The dish washer cleans extremely well. Its very quiet. It's very sleek looking. This is my first Bosch purchase. Connecting to WiFi isn't easy and after 2 weeks, still not connected.

Had an 800 Bosch series for 11 years. The 300 series is the new version of the old version if that makes sense. 500 series gives you a few more extras. Super quiet and so far working great as expected. Love the auto doo pop open feature.

Our old dishwasher quit working after 5 years. Never buy Samsung. The Bosch dishwasher cleans our dishes and does so quietly. We don't have to turn up the volume in the TV like we used too. I would recommend.

I recently upgraded to the Bosch 500 Series, and it has honestly been a game-changer for my kitchen routine. The first thing I noticed is just how incredibly quiet it is; at 44 decibels, I can barely tell it's running unless I look for the little red light it shines on the floor. It's a huge relief to be able to start a load and still enjoy a movie or a conversation in the same room without that constant background hum. The build quality feels premium and sturdy, and the sleek stainless steel look blends perfectly with my other appliances.
What really sold me, though, is the AutoAir feature. Having the door pop open automatically at the end of the cycle seemed like a small detail at first, but it makes a massive difference in drying. I used to hate opening the dishwasher to find puddles on top of my plastic containers, but this system lets the steam out and helps everything dry naturally and thoroughly. It feels much more efficient than those old-school heating elements that can sometimes warp thinner plastics.
The interior layout is also surprisingly flexible. The third rack is perfect for silverware and larger cooking utensils, which opens up a ton of room in the lower sections for bulky pots and plates. The new one is much better.
A 500 series with adjustable racks. It also has the third rack which is excellent for kitchen utensils. I love it!

Our second purchase of a Bosch dishwasher: cleans and dries beautifully, amazingly quiet compared to the builder-grade model installed just before we bought our house. The air dry feature where the door automatically pops open upon finishing is the best, as we often run the dishwasher late in the evening and it finishes after we go to bed. The black matte finish is classy.

I am so glad I bought a Bosch. We had a ge profile that was only 7 yrs old and I replaced every part at least 2x. It was sooooo easy to install I did it myself. Being able to put plastics anywhere is amazing. It runs quiet, cleans fast even on the heavy cycle. Only complaint is I wish the silverware lower rack was bigger. The one on top comes in handy for storage lids, Starbucks tumbler lids, and spatulas so I mostly use the lower one for silverware. Best purchase ever!

So far this has done what we want without issue. Only complaints I have are pint glasses seem to not want to stand up wherever I put them in the washer, you need a developer's account to be able to add this to HomeAssistant and the washer does not alwasy retain the setting to pop open to help air dry at the end of the cycle, so I need to keep an eye out for that when I go to start it. Beyond that, self install was not bad, it runs quiet (other than when a glass or whatever gets knocked over mid wash) and with the pop-open when done feature actually dries everything well (except when a container ends up upside down). Still getting used to the smaller utensel basket but the 3rd rack is supposed to help with that I guess.

I had to replace my 20+ year old Bosch a couple of months ago after a part was no longer available to repair it. I chose the 500 Series with the Air Dry feature which works great! I also really like the top rack for silverware. I no longer use the silverware caddy at all, saving more space for large items on the bottom. I have no trouble loading my dishes into it in an efficient manner and look forward to another 20+ years with this dishwasher.

Of course a dishwasher has to totally clean your dishes without leaving any residue and this one does. But we didn't expect it to be so quiet. If it weren't for the red indicator light you might forget it's running. There is also significantly more usable and adjustable space than our previous dishwasher. And we really appreciate how it automatically pops open to air dry the dishes like we used to do by hand with our previous dishwasher.

My 800 Series Bosch dishwasher died after 14 months (2 months after warrenty expired). The cause was the heater fan and would require an additional $700 to repair. The repair tech indicated the fan was a problem with the "top of the line" Bosch dishwashers. I took the $1,600 800Series as a loss (trashed it) and spent another $1,500 for a new 500 Series because I wanted a Bosch dishwasher.

Bosch dishwashers have consistently outperformed any other brand that I have owned. They are quiet, do an exceptional job of cleaning, are easy to install, and have been trouble free. I do wish that the bottom rack was laid out differently. The plate stands that point towards the door are at too small of an angle. This prevents pots and larger items that can't fit on the top rack from sitting flat. Also, the silverware cage is very small, but this isn't that big of a deal since knives can be washed in the very top rack.

I like the ability to adjust the height of the center rack. Cleans well. No option for drying, but by using auto air along with sanitize, they dry quickly after the cycle ends.

Took 2 new dishwashers to get one that would actually dry. 2nd one bottom tray would slide back and forth smoothly. I had to bend the rack evenly where the plastic wheels slide the rack back and forth.

When we moved 15 years ago, all I asked of my husband was to bring my Bosch Dishwasher with us to our new home, which is his parents home that we purchased when they passed away. He said the dishwasher had to stay with the home as the buyers specifically asked for all appliances to remain in the home, and they did. After 15 years of using the dishwasher that was in our new home, it finally "died" and my wish has come true ... I now own another Bosch diswasher and couldn't be more excited about finally having a Bosch once again! I can't express enough about the quietness of the unit and the overall quality of Bosch appliances. Yes, it may seem funny to you to be so excited about an appliance, but I am sooooo happy to have another Bosch dishwasher in my home once again. It truely makes my house a home!

Out of the half dozen dishwashers we've had over the years, this dishwasher cleans the best by far. Very heavy baked in residue on the sides of a crock pot came off totally when placed in the 'power wash' section. Silverware with caked on food came out perfectly clean, as well as dishware. So in sum, we're very happy with it's cleaning ability.
Now the 'not so satified' part. This model has top press and touch controls. No tacticle feedback. The paper operating instructions were too brief and directed us to instructions in the app (which we had downloaded). We STILL couldn't figure out how to start the dishwasher. We are senior citizens and had to call our son to come over to figure out how to operate the dishwasher. He's very techy and it still took him 5 minutes and a swear word before he could figure out how to start it. Recently, my wife wanted to change the wash setting from AUTO to NORMAL and spent 10 minutes on the app and still couldn't figure it out. So frustratingly, she had to call me to come upstairs from the Mancave. I've learned to use Google's Gemini as a first resort to answer questions. The procedure to make what should be a simple change in cycle settings was bizarre! Here's what we had to do:
1. Open the door (assumed since it has top controls).
2. Press & hold the reset button for 3 seconds.
3. Close the door.
4. Let the dishwasher drain for 60 seconds.
5. Reopen the door.
6. Press the Start button.
7. Press the desired cycle settings and any additional settings, ie. Sanitize, etc.
8. Close the door.
We're praying when we load the dishwasher after dinner tonight, that these settings stuck. If not, we're not going to be happy campers!
Come on Bosch. You simply can't design things SO complicated in a kitchen appliance that it takes 2 college graduates and 20 minutes just to operate that appliance. Remember the old acronym, KISS when you design operating controls. I truly regret not getting the front control unit with tactile buttons that give instant feedback. The electronic controls get 1 star.

My 20+ year old Bosch dishwasher finally died and I needed a new dishwasher. The reviews on this model were very good so I chose another Bosch and I am very happy with it. Very quiet and I like the sleek design. I wasn't sure about the Wifi but it's fun to get a message on my phone that says the cycle is complete or I need to add rinse aid to the machine.

I love my new Bosch dishwasher! I had one previously and when the old non-Bosch dishwasher in our new home died we purposly went looking for another Bosch to replace it and we have not been disappointed in our purchase. It cleans very well, and is nearly silent while operating. Our only complaint is that the silverware basket was too small, so we purchased another longer one online and now the machine is perfect for us.
