Cooking on middle burner, after 7-10 minutes there's a bang noise. Sound continues to happen after 3 months. Very disappointed with monogram after spending so much money for a high end cooktop.

We have only had our new appliance for a short time but already love it!! The heat settings are easy to adjust and the high heat burners are great for a quick boil. The griddle is a plus for pancakes and large servings. It fits very nice on the burners. So far, so good. An improvement over our old Monogram which we replaced after 15 yrs of good use. I recommend this model.

Great cooktop but scratches easily. Wish the grates had the rubber bottoms vs the cooktop. Also despite wiping carefully, fine scratches are forming. Love the cooking experience with consistent temperatures at all levels.

Unpacked and installed cooktop today. I was impressed with the packaging, as it came across the country in excellent condition. Love the quick response of the heavy knobs (not the cheap plastic seen on others...) and a back light shows its' in use. The burners have a quick response and are very quiet... seem very efficient.

I just replaced a 22 yr old Monogram cooktop with this new one. It's beautiful and, although I've had it for only a few days, I am impressed with the heat production, the quality of the grates and I love the LED lights in the knobs. No more accidentally leaving the stove on simmer!

This gas tange is a marked improvement over our old GE gas tange. Way more BTUs so food cools faster and hotter. Only complaint is that two of the five burners rings have oddly discolored after light use of two months, and cannot be cleaned. I have just contacted customer service to try to resolve this issue™€¦.we will see.

I am disappointed in the configuration of the dials being so deeply arranged that it is an inconvenient reach to the middle burner. For my wife, it is especially a difficult reach. Virtually is never used by her.

This is a very good gas cooktop. The burners distribute heat well and easily disassemble for cleaning. The stainless steel surface cleans easily. The large knobs are well positioned and easy to operate. I especially like the center burner's extra row of gas ports to heat things quicker. My previous unit had a black porcelain cooktop and grates that were difficult to clean and prone to cooked on residue. The grates on this model, while heavy, wipe down easily. I am pleased with this purchase.

We have had our Monogram cooktop now for 4 weeks. Somfsr we love it. Igniting is quick and easy. Love how fast it brings out stock pot to a boil. The turbo 3 ring burner in the center sounds like a jet engine when it's cracked. What we love most about it and the reason for going to of the line Monogram vs GE profile was the fact they use metal knobs. So far we are pleased with the purchase.

Discolors fast - does not restore

The brass inserts are mainly decorative - don't help with heat retention much - they discolor very quickly and I have not had success getting them back to their original state. The aluminum flame rings discolor also

One month owner, overall satisfied. The burner design and technology are very modern. The electronic part seems quite reliable (lights up at literally the first spark, unlike my older DCS by Fisher and Paykel) and I like the embedded LED lights into the burner knobs. For the grill afficionado's there is a griddle - I tend not to use that indoors for a very obvious reason. Some refinements (like smoothness and fine touches) are obviously less than the luxury class but they still do a good job.

It's a nice cooktop but the led lites built into the knobs work intermittent. They sometimes won't go off when the knob is in the off position and not just one knob but all of them. For this much money we expected better.
